Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Make the Homemade Mayo First:

  • Prep your ingredients: Ensure egg yolks are at room temperature for best emulsion.
  • Start the emulsion: In a medium mason jar, using an immersion blender, whisk together egg yolks, oil, lemon juice, mustard, and salt until smooth.
  • Perfect the texture: Your mayo is done when it's thick, creamy, and holds its shape. If it breaks, don't panic – add another egg yolk and whisk to re-emulsify.

Assemble the Ranch Dressing:

  • Combine base ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together your fresh mayonnaise, raw milk, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add seasonings: Sprinkle in your ranch seasoning mix and whisk thoroughly.
